Staff super friendly and accommodating. The live music in the bar can be too loud at night.

The stay at this quirky and exceptionally comfortable hotel was a nice one. The staff were fairly friendly and affable and kept the place clean. The location was central, excellent to city center-cab or walk. Moreover, it was really close to the botanic gardens, both phibsborough & drumcondra and the botanic gardens and ferry port. There was an Irish bar.

The location is good but was difficult to find .I phoned to the reception and they did not take the time to explain ("we are too busy" they said ).I expressed my disappointment at my arrival , they replied they were too busy .The hotel was not too busy to take my money (without saying thank you when I processed my credit card ).

The room was very quiet and it was close to the venue for my work training course. The food was very tasty, well presented and good value for money.
To enter the restaurant for dinner and breakfast you have to pass the reception on both ocassions I was kept waiting for 20mins before anyone realised I was there and served me. One member of staff could not answer the simple question of what was on the menu for dinner. The staff seemed to be very preoccupied with talking and with the bookings but when it came to dealing with an actual customer less good. The room was poor in appearance for example there was a tile missing from next to the shower cublicle and the wall where the tile should have been looked grotty and mouldy, the shower cubicle surround looked cracked and dirty. The basin was so big that it was difficult to get passed it to enter the shower and the en suite was very cold.

It was as expected, had a fairly nice stay for wedding. Clean, trendy boutique hotel, I really enjoyed well-appointed and tidy rooms and amicable staff. The property's location was good and stunning, in a residential area.
